Pets are not permitted at the Europa Hotel, with the exception of certified assistance animals or with prior permission from the General Manager.
Yes, each room is equipped with a safe to secure your valuables.
We have rooms with various views. Please specify your preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes we have 3 x fully disabled double rooms with full wet room wall mounted seats. We also have 4 x disabled ambulant double rooms which have wet room facilities. Seat in shower is free standing as opposed to wall mounted. For twin room capabilities we have 2 x twin rooms with shower only small lip, grab rails and 1 x twin room with shallow low rise bath and shower overhead and grab rails.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability.
Guaranteed check-in us at 3pm, however we can add an early arrival inventory to your reservation and your room will be prioritised, although this cannot be guaranteed. The only way to truly guarantee is to book the room the day prior. Our concierge will safely store your luggage in the concierge store before check-in and after check-out. * We do not accept any liability for damage or loss to any property whilst left on the property
This service is subject to availability. A £20 per extra hour fee will be applied to the final bill for any extra hours past the checkout time. If you wish to checkout later than 4pm a full nights charge will be applied.
Yes we have cots for children in the hotel but a request must be made prior to ensure sufficient availability.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with an electric kettle, along with a selection of tea and coffee. If there is a tea type which is not provided in the room, if a request is made, we can supply.
Our bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries from our ESPA range, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.
We have 14 x family rooms in total comprising of a super kingsize bed and a single bed. The room can facilitate a 2nd single bed in the room but clients must be advised that space will be restricted and a further supplement will be applied. We have 4 x Suites which have interconnecting guest rooms. The Suites are the only room type which will facilitate an interconnecting rooms.
Yes, all rooms come with a designated workspace, including a desk and chair, ideal for business travellers.
Rooms are cleaned daily. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign provided in your room.
